Ingredients:
2 aubergines
2 onions
4 cloves of garlic
1 big tomato
1 cup of green peas
fresh ginger
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp curry powder
1/2 tsp chilli flakes
salt freshly ground black pepper
bake aubergines in the oven until soft and mash them
fry onions and garlic on oil then chop up tomatoes and fry with onion
add ginger, peas, spices and finally aubergine
spread onto wholemeal toast and enjoy!
