Food and Exercise Diary Day 6

12.00 - a big mug of green tea with honey, 2 apples, 3 slices of oaty bread toasted with garlic and goat's butter, a big red pepper and a mug of hot chocolate out of goat's milk


Exercise:

30 minutes yoga in the morning: breathing, surya namaskara, Zoltai asanas 4,5 and 6 (for back, hips and legs)
30 minute run with the doggies in the sunshine, down by the river
practising deep breathing for a few minutes
