Food and Exercise Diary Day 3

8.00 tea
8.30 a banana
10.00 3 oatcakes and a handful of dried fruit
13.00 "tralha infinita", infinite mess as my boyfriend calls everything he cooks, today it was rice with peas and red kidney beans fried with mushrooms, onion and garlic :)
16.00 3 oatcakes and some dried fruit
19.30 a big mug of fruit tea
20.00 2 bowls of leek and potato soup and 2 slices of wholemeal toast
21.00 4 squares of milk chocolate and a fruit yoghurt (YIKES!)

Exercise:

5 minute meditation in the morning
18.00 30 minute walk with the doggies
18.30 30 minutes yoga (sun salutations and Zoltai asanas for neck, back and arms)
22.30 10 minute walk with the doggies
