Food and Exercise Diary Day 5

10.00 - a cup of warm water, a cup of milky coffee with chocolate powder, 2 slices of oaty bread toasted with homemade lemon curd

14.00 - a seeded roll and a handful of cherry tomatoes

18.00 - a bowl of red lentil soup (recipe posted in July 2011) with mashed potato + salad and cherry tomatoes
for dessert semolina porridge with goat's milk and chocolate powder

22.00 - tuna + salad + cherry tomatoes with vinaigrette dressing
midnight - feast of chocolate biscuits instead of going to sleep, bad bad bad idea!...

Exercise:
1 hour walk to Kinson and back
30 minute walk with the doggies
