Food and Exercise Diary Day 2

8.30am a cup of lemon and ginger tea with honey
9.30am a slice of wholemeal bread toasted with goat's butter and a slice of yellow pepper
12.15 a cup of peppermint tea
12.30 a bowl of the red lentils and brussel sprouts from yesterday
15.00 an apple
15.30 a handful of nuts and dried fruit + 4 oatcakes
17.30 a pear
19.50 half of a dessert melon
20.30 a can of tuna and salad with vinaigrette dressing

Exercise:

30 minutes yoga in the morning (breathing, surya namaskara, meditation)
30 minute walk with the doggies
45 minute killer workout with Joao (jumping, kicking,cat stretch, punches with a rubber band standing up - alternating with leg raises, plank, abs - 30, 20 and 10 with 2 punches each, 1 minute of push-up, 1 minute backbend)
