Ingredients:
1 butternut squash
1 red pepper
1 yellow onion
4 tsp vegetable stock (swiss vegetable bouillion)
2 pints (1 litre water)
peel and chop up squash into cubes (about 1cm x 1cm)
cut up pepper into small squares
cut onion into 4 quarters
boil the ingredients and simmer until everything is cooked and can be blended
enjoy the deliciously creamy sweetness!
